These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Caravan AVM website and the purchase of vehicles and services from us. Caravan AVM ("Caravan AVM," "we," "us," or "our") is a nationwide, 100% online RV dealership offering new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class A/B/C motorhomes, toy haulers, pop-ups, and truck and small campers, delivered door-to-door to all 50 states.

By using this website, requesting a quote, reserving a unit, or purchasing a vehicle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase from us.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this site by others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful or misleading content.

The information on this site is provided for general purposes and to help you shop for and purchase an RV. It does not constitute a binding offer until an order is confirmed in writing by Caravan AVM.

We work hard to keep our listings accurate, including photos, specifications, features, model years, and pricing. However, all listings are provided on an "as-is" informational basis, availability can change at any time, and occasional errors or omissions may occur.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. If a pricing or description error is discovered, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any order placed based on inaccurate information. We recommend confirming details with us before purchase.

Caravan AVM offers financing through third-party lending partners. Our standard program features 10% down site-wide, rates as low as 8.99% APR, and terms up to 240 months. You can pre-qualify in minutes with no impact to your credit.

Pre-qualification is not a guarantee of financing. All financing is subject to lender review, verification, and final approval. Actual rates, terms, and monthly payments depend on the lender, your creditworthiness, the vehicle, and other factors, and are set by the lender — not by Caravan AVM.

Vehicles priced under $5,000 are not financed. Instead, they are sold on a 0% interest installment plan: $0 down and 12 equal monthly payments. This plan applies only to qualifying units under $5,000 and is offered directly through Caravan AVM. Delivery cost, where applicable, is still calculated based on your location as described below.

We arrange fully insured, door-to-door delivery to all 50 states. Your shipping cost is based on your delivery location — the distance to your ZIP code — and is calculated per order. This shipping cost is added to your down payment and is the only additional cost beyond the vehicle price.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to distance, weather, carrier scheduling, and other factors outside our control. We will keep you informed and coordinate a delivery window that works for you.

A deposit or down payment may be required to reserve a vehicle and begin preparing it for delivery. Because each unit is prepared and dispatched specifically for you, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the stage of your order.

If you wish to cancel or have a concern after delivery, please contact us promptly so we can work with you. Any return, cancellation, or refund is handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms provided at the time of your purchase and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes, title, registration, and any state or local fees are the buyer's responsibility. Requirements vary by state, and it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm registration and titling requirements with their local authorities. We provide the documentation needed to support titling and registration.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written permission. Manufacturer names, brands, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

This website and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any warranties on the vehicles themselves are limited to those provided in writing at the time of sale or by the applicable manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caravan AVM and its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of this website or the purchase of a vehicle. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the vehicle or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
