Service Without The Showroom

Maintenance That Comes To You

Owning an RV should be about the open road, not the runaround. As a 100% online dealer delivering to all 50 states, Caravan AVM coordinates the service and maintenance your rig needs without asking you to drive hours to a dealership. We connect you with certified mobile RV technicians and trusted local service centers — often right in your driveway or at your campsite.

From routine seasonal maintenance and winterizing to inspections, warranty claims and repairs, we help you keep every travel trailer, fifth wheel, motorhome, toy hauler and camper we sell running safely for the long haul. Well-maintained RVs are safer, hold their value, and are far less likely to leave you stranded on a trip.

What We Coordinate

RV Services We Help With

One point of contact for the service your RV needs — matched to certified technicians near you, wherever "near you" happens to be.

Pre-Delivery & Multi-Point Inspection

Before any RV ships, it goes through a documented multi-point inspection — roof and seals, appliances, slide-outs, brakes, tires, electrical, plumbing and LP systems. You get the results before it leaves.

Routine Maintenance Coordination

Oil and generator service, wheel-bearing repack, brake checks, seal and roof re-seals, appliance tune-ups and safety recalls — we help you schedule it with a certified mobile tech or local service center near you.

Winterizing & De-Winterizing

Protect your plumbing and water heater from freeze damage. We coordinate seasonal winterizing — antifreeze, blow-outs, tank draining — and spring de-winterizing so your rig is trip-ready when the weather turns.

Warranty & Repair Support

Have a warranty claim or a repair need? We help you file, document the issue, and connect with the right manufacturer or authorized service network so covered work gets handled correctly.

Parts & Accessories Sourcing

Awnings, hitches, weight-distribution kits, solar, batteries, vent covers, filters and more. Tell us the year, make and model and we help you source the correct OEM or upgrade parts.

Mobile & Local Service Referrals

No showroom to drive to — and you may not need one. We tap a nationwide network of certified mobile RV technicians and local service centers so qualified help comes to your driveway or campsite.

Year-Round Care

Seasonal RV Maintenance Tips

A little upkeep each season prevents the biggest (and priciest) RV repairs. Use this as a quick reference — and let us handle the parts you'd rather not.

  • Inspect roof seals and re-caulk any cracks
  • Check tire pressure, tread and age (replace 5–7 yrs)
  • Test batteries, smoke, LP and CO detectors

Summer

  • Service the A/C and clean or replace filters
  • Lubricate slide-outs and awning mechanisms
  • Repack wheel bearings before long tows
  • Inspect and clean the refrigerator vents

Fall

  • Deep-clean and treat all exterior seals
  • Service the generator and change its oil

Service FAQ

Common Service Questions

Do I need to bring my RV to a location?

Caravan AVM is a 100% online dealer with no physical showroom, so most service is handled through certified mobile technicians who come to your driveway or campsite, or through an authorized local service center near you. We match you to the right option based on your ZIP code and the work needed.

Can you help if I bought my RV somewhere else?

Yes. Our service coordination is available whether or not you purchased through Caravan AVM. Just send us the year, make, model and a description of what you need and we will point you to qualified help.

How does warranty work handled remotely?

For units under manufacturer warranty, we help you document the issue, file the claim, and connect with the correct authorized service network so covered repairs are performed by approved technicians and your coverage stays intact.

How much does service cost?

Pricing depends on the work, your location and whether it is mobile or in-shop. We confirm an estimate before anything is scheduled, so there are no surprises. Reach us at 1 (888) 626-7576 or hello@caravanavm.com for a quote.
